We are very excited about our move to Memphis for many reasons, but there is certainly a lot we will miss about Cincinnati! The list is looong, but right at the top is Kate's best friend, Naomi. Kate and Na are just like sisters, with all the affection and arguing that goes with the package! One minute they are hugging and the next they are arguing over a doll, but they take about a minute to recover. They are ALWAYS thrilled to see each other and get just as excited day after day to play. Since we both have babies at home, we often just step outside to "swap" on the sidewalk, and Kate and Naomi always go running and screaming down the sidewalk for each other... every. day. We have put high expectations on Carter and Teddy to fall in love one day! Na's family is so dear to us, and it has been such a blessing to have them just a few houses down! Naomi has become part of our family and none of us can stand to think about the girls living so far away! We celebrated her 3rd birthday this weekend and Kate had a ball jumping, running and swinging at the gymnastics party!
OH, how neat she has such a special friend. I know you are so sad to be leaving! I am so glad you are blogging so I can keep up with you all and the girls:) Miss you!
ReplyDeleteAfter reading the Best Buds section I seriously have tears in my eyes. I am sitting in a meeting at work and I wish I were home hanging with Na and Kate and the future love birds Teddy and Carter Caroline! Naomi and Kate are truly the best of the best buddies. I pray that we can all stay in close contact when you move to Memphis and somehow, someway get you back to Cincinnati in two years!!! The Robinson Family is a true blessing to the Watson Family.
